New Report Notifications

In this area you can configure various things about how users are notified about new reports being added to AgilePort. The first decision to make is if you want individual users to be able to setup their alerts (User Defined) or if you want to control globally how alerts are sent (Global). This setting is controlled with the New Report Notifications drop down
If you choose the Global option you will also have the option to determine if global alerts should be sent immediately, daily, and/or weekly.
Regardless of whether you control your alerts globally or allow individual users to configure their own, you need to define the text for the emails. There is a box for the immediate, daily and weekly email text. As with the welcome emails, there are placeholders available if you click the
icon next to the label.
