Upon saving your new AgilePort user, the system will either send a site welcome message so this user can set up a password for your AgilePort site, or if the person already has a password they will receive an email notice that they have been granted access to this particular project.
Removing Access for a Project
To Remove Access for a particular project, open the Report Recipient for editing and set AgilePort Access to No.
