Removing Access for a Project
To Remove Access for a particular project, open the Report Recipient for editing and set AgilePort Access to Noremove AgilePort access for a user who you must either delete the recipient from the project OR you can turn off AgilePort Access as long as Email Access is turned on. In order to save a Report Recipient either Email Access or AgilePort Access needs to be enabled. These functions are controlled by going to Project Specifications in MetaField and choosing the Distribution section.
