Purpose
Technicians in MetaField can be assigned work orders by a scheduler.These work orders are comprised of one to may work items. Some Work Items are supported in MetaField (Soil Nuclear Gauge Testing, Concrete Cast Cylinders, Activities, etc.). MetaField also allows your organization to add Work Items that are not currently supported in the application. These settings are controled by your MetaField AdministratorOnce a Scheduler assigns you a Work Order, you will see it at the top of the screen under "New Assignments". Once you accept the Work Order, it will display under My Work Items.
New Assignments
- When you open My Assignments, if you have any Work Orders submitted to you they will appear in the New Assignments portion at the top of your screen.
- Selecting the main gray bar will expand Work Order and allow you to Accept or Decline.
