The most common examples are client contact information & project accounting information. Project Information can be saved for up to 15 projects. Information shown is read only. Project Information is populated from your company’s source systems systems. (i.e. other applications your company uses to manage their business – accounting, CRM, and/or Project management systems.)

After select Project Information from the Field home page, choose Search for Project.
Look-up a project using Search for Projects or select a project from the Recent Projects list.

1. Current information will be displayed from your source systems when online.
2. When accessing on from a device that is offline, you will see the data that was cached the last time you accessed the project’s information with an active connection.

To delete items one at a time, select the project from Saved Projects, then select Remove Projectat the bottomof the screen.
To delete all items from Saved Projects, select Clear Local Cache at the bottom of the screen.
