Purpose
Activity reports are created by your MetaField Administrators. A unique report must be created for each Form in order for a report to be generated from Quality Control.

When finalizing a report, a pop up ups will appear containing the additional report metadata outlined in the table below along with fields necessary to email the report, if applicable.

When an Activity report is finalized, all Activity records that were added to the report will automatically be marked as reviewed. |

| Starting Report Number | - Only displays if report numbering is turned on for your organization and this is the first report created for this project
- Allows you to set the first number for this report type. If no value is added, system will start with 1.
- Enter a whole number from 1-999,999

| Report Note | - Enter a note that will display on the final report
- Maximum number of characters is 25
|
| Alternate Title | - This field will only display if the report has been configured by your Business Administrator to allow Alternate Titles
|

a Report Label - one or more a report labels from the dropdown (not required)
- Report Labels are controlled by your Buisness Administrator

| Description | - You may type in a description
- Desciption will not display on the report
- If your firm uses AgilePort, the Description can be used as part of the file name when your report is published

Digital Signature Password | - This option will only appear if your Administrator has permitted this type of report to be digitally signed
- This option will not appear when creating a Draft Report

| Make Public | - Allows you to make a report visible (external customer facing) in AgilePort 3.0

| Finalize Report & Email (Button) | - Finalizes the report and opens the email metadata screen
- Recipients from your Distribution list in Specifications default in the Recipients area (can be removed if needed)
- Additional email recipients can be added using the Add Recipient button

Creating a Discrepancy Report

| 1. | Open Quality Control and select your project. Then select the Discrepancy Report button found beneath the filter panel. |  Image Modified |
| 2. | Select the discrepancies you want displayed on your report. You can filter your discrepancies by the fields that are added to the filter panel at the top of the screen. | Warning |
