In this section of Administration you can configure your Activity Safety Forms and Fields, Activity Safety Reports, Text Libraries and the various ActivitySafety-related Filters throughout the system. 

Activity Safety was designed to be highly customizable, so you can build your Forms for your specific business needs. Forms are used to create Activity Safety records in the Field or Quality Control modules. 

Two Predefined Forms (Special Inspection and Activity Log) are available for you to copy and use. You can copy these forms as a basis for new forms, or you can design new forms on your own. In  In addition to creating your own forms, the system will allow you to customize various search filters and table columns to make finding the right form quick and easy. You can also design your own reports  and setting different parameters for if your report is sent from Field or Quality Control.
