Safety forms can be scheduled just like Activity forms. refer to the Scheduling section of help for more information. 

Creating a Safety Work Item

Safety work items can be created and associated with Safety Forms to make it easy to schedule Safety audits or other Safety related activities to your employees. To Add a Safety Work item navigate to Administration > Admin - Work Items/Field Costs > Work Items. Select Add Work Item. Select the appropriate Safety Group and Form that work items should be related to. Click Save. Note that not all safety work items need to be associated with a form. They can also be general reminders or tips that a company wishes to send to employees via an email alert or text message.
