Purpose

About Utilities

Off the main MetaField home page, you can access Utilities.  Currently, the only option under Utilities is Data Extracts.  Only users who have been assigned the Utility role or permission will have access to this section.

Under Utilities you will see an option for Data Extracts.  This This subsection of Utilities will allow you to view data and create .csv files of Activity, Concrete / Grout / Mortar, Density Testing, Inspections & Observations, Nuclear Gauges, Activity Log system datadata extract file.

Creating a Data Extract

Once you have searched for your desired records, you can generate a .csv file by selecting any of the extract buttons. 
For more information on the various filter options see Activity Data Extract, Activity Log Data Extract  Data Extracts - Concrete Filters, Data Extracts - Density Testing Filters, Data Extracts - Inspections & Observations Filters, and Data Extracts - Nuclear Gauges.

Warning

Users who have access to use the Utilities module will have access to all project data, regardless of their data firewall settings that may restrict access to certain projects. Bear this in mind when assigning rights to the Utilities module.
