The Sample Forms page is used set up groupings and forms used in the Sample Tracking process. Sample and Specimen forms are configurable and used in the field when gathering samples that will be tested in the lab.

Sample Forms
Specimen Forms
are simply the logical groupings of sample forms. There are some pre-defined groups that can't be edited. Sample forms can be added to these groups, but the groups themselves are fixed.
- Aggregate Samples
- Bituminous Samples
- Concrete Samples
- Soil Samples
Sample Forms
The Sample Forms area is where configurable sample forms are created and maintained. Sample forms are filled out in the field when gathering field samples.
Sample forms will have the following (fixed) system fields on them:

Specimen Forms
The Specimen Forms area is where configurable specimen forms are created and maintained. Specimen forms become sub-forms of the Sample form. When a Sample form is added in Administration, a related Specimen form is automatically created.
Specimen forms will have the following (fixed) system fields on them:
