To copy a form, follow the steps below.

Step	Description	Example
1.	Find the Form you want to copy and choose the copy icon.	Image Modified
2.	Copy Form dialogue will open. Enter the new form Name and optionally provide a Description. Select Save.	Image Modified
3.	Validation message will appear, confirming the form and report template were successfully copied. Select OK.	Image Modified
