Some forms will have some optional settings that can be set. For example, when creating a Sample form, you can define which specimen sizes are related to that particular type of sample. This allows the system to pre-filter the specimen sizes presented to the user based on the context of the sample. Another example would be creating a relationship between a Test form and a Sample form. All forms will have an optional Description field to provide more details on its use. This description will be presented to users when they are on a screen where they need to select a given formForm Settings are accessed from the button bar after you select a form you want to edit.

To add a new Form field, choose the Form and select Add Field. You will then need to set the various parameters for your Field.
