| Postal Code | - Enter the Zip Code postal code for your project site

| Comments | - Enter in any comments regarding the project

| Project Manager | - Select from the list of MetaField users the Project Manager

| Client Project Number | - If the client uses an alternative number for this project, you may enter it here
- If present, this number will appear on the client reports generated in MetaField

| Client | - Select the Client for the project from the list of Active Clients in MetaField
- Required Field

| Owner | - In some instances, the Client for a project may be different than the project Owner
MetaField allows you to identify both. If your project does not have a separate Owner and Client, enter the same name for both - Select the Owner for the project from the list of Active Clients in MetaField

| Is Accreditation Project | - Denotes the project as being a project that is used for Accreditation purposes and allows for Evaluation forms to be entered against it
