If you were an AgilePort 2 user and are transitioning to AgilePort 3, you may need to clear and rebookmark your AgilePort site. It is recommended that you bookmark the home page of your site versus a single project site.



Setting Up Your User Account

When you are first set up with access to AgilePort, you will receive a welcome email that contains a link to create a password. This link will expire after 48 hours. After this timeframe, a new link will need to be sent to you. 

External User Access / Site Navigation

To access the site, select the email link that was included in your welcome email and supply your email and password on the login screen. After you have logged-in to the site, you will enter a project filter screen. At the bottom of the screen will be a list of all the projects that you have access to that have reports that have been made public to you. You can filter this list by choosing any of the options in the filter panel at the top. Select one or more projects and choose the Open button. This will move you to a new screen

User Menu

In the upper-right corner you will see your username. If you select your username, a menu will appear. On this menu there is an option to view your user profile. If Help content is available for your site, you will see a Help options under the user menu. If user defined alerts are enabled for your site, you will see Manage Notifications under the user menu.

 From your user profile you can edit your first and last name as well as change your password.

Managing User Notifications (User Defined)

You can set up three type of alerts for the projects to which you have access. To manage these alerts, you can either go to the User Menu or if you are in the Report Review screen you can select the Manage User Notifications. For the Manage Notifications screen, you will see the following options:

Alert TypeDefinition

Immediate Notifications

Set this alert if you would like to be notified immediately when a new report is available.

Daily Notifications

Set this alert if you  would like one email containing all the new reports added during the last 24 hours.

Weekly Notifications

Set this alert if you want a summary of all the reports made available to you over the last week.

You may choose to set one or more of these options for each of the projects to that are available to you.

User Notifications (Globally Defined)

If the option to Manage User Notifications is not enabled for your site, then global alerts may be configured for you. When a global alert is set up, you will automatically get immediate, daily or weekly notifications depending upon how this is set up.

Viewing Reports

To view reports, you must select one or more projects from the main AgilePort screen and choose the open button. You will be taken to a new screen where you can view all of the reports for the selected projects. From this screen you can filter your list of reports by choosing any of the filter options found at the top of the screen and then choose Search.

You can download or preview reports by choosing either the icon in the grid or one of the batch download buttons above the grid.

A new icon appears next to all the reports that you have yet downloaded or previewed. Once you have downloaded/previewed a report this icon will be removed. You can also filter to only new reports.

Filter Options

When you are reviewing reports there are several filter options available to you. Some of these options, such as Project Number, Project Name, and Client Name are based on the project. Other filter options, such as Report Type, Report Note, Revision Status, Office and Report Label are designed to allow you to search for a specific report based on information about or contained within the report.

If there are filters that you use repeatedly, you can save a filter selection for later use by choosing the Safe Filter option.
