Making a Report Public

When you a report is ready to be distributed using AgilePort, all you will need to do is choose the report and select the Change Public Published Status button from the MetaField Delivery screen. The system may will take a few moments to refresh the screen, but and once it is relaoded reloaded you will see a globe icon at the leftto the right of your report. This icon signifies that this report is now available to be viewed from AgilePort. If you click on this icon, you will see the date and time that the report was made public.  You may choose one or more reports to make public simultaneously. Image Added

Hiding a Report that has been made Public

If you need to remove access to a report, simply select the report and choose the Change Public Published Status button button. Since your report was previously made publicpublished, it will now be be removed from view on your AgilePort site. The globe icon will be removed since the report is no longer publicavaliable in AgilePort.

Using Filters / Controls in Delivery

When With AgilePort 3 is enabled on your MetaField site you will see a new filter option called Show If Published in AgilePort. This filter will allow you to view all reports, only those reports that have been published already or only those reports that are not yet viewable from your AgilePort site. In addition to this filter, you will see an option to Highlight Published Reports. When this is turned on, reports that have previously been published are shaded in blue.

AgilePort relation to MetaField Project Specification Distribution 

Within MetaField a report can be marked for either internal or external use. Regardless of this status for any report to appear within AgilePort a 'Published' status must be applied.
