Agile Frameworks is excited to be releasing a new add-on module to our product, Metafield Accreditation. MetaField Accreditation is a new dedicated module, accessible from the MetaField home page that is intended to create, store, and manage all lab accreditation documentation and records.

We will be doing a formal release of this new module following the Independence Day holiday. This will include a live webinar in which the functionality will be demonstrated and real-life customer use cases presented. Administration

• Evaluation - Overall Administration section added to group all Evaluation form modules together

• Evaluation - Forms module added to allow for the composition of Evaluation forms supporting the Accreditation module

• Evaluation - Search / Results Display module added to support the configuration of filters, results grids, etc. for Evaluation form modules supporting the Accreditation module

• Certifications - Certifications can now be registered for any user (versus just field technicians)

• Security - Subscriptions - Accreditation subscription package added to count users who have access to any part of the Accreditation system

• Security - Subscriptions - DIY Form / Report Designer subscription package updated to include any users who have access to design Evaluation forms

• Reports - Report Types - Evaluation report type added to manage reports based on Evaluation forms supporting the Accreditation module

• Form Designer - DIY Sample form designer supports the configuration of billing costs that will be displayed in the Field module

Field

• Evaluation module added to allow for the entry / edit of Evaluation forms in a mobile interface supporting the Accreditation module

Quality Control

• Evaluation module added to allow for the entry / edit / report generation of Evaluation forms supporting the Accreditation module

• Draft Reports - Report review pop up updated to reflect the newer look introduced to the batch report creation / review pop up

Dashboard

• Evaluation section and related queues added to provide oversight on Evaluation form status supporting the Accreditation module

• Uncollected specimens are ignored in the C/G/M “Not Reported As Complete” queues

Project Administration

• Specifications - Distribution - Evaluation reports added to the report access list when adding a distribution contact

• Specifications - Field Instructions - Evaluation module field instructions added

• Project Setup - Projects - Is Accreditation Project setting added to denote if a project is used for Accreditation projects / work

• Specifications - Project specific costs for DIY Sample forms are now supported

• Field Costs - Field costs related to DIY Sample forms are now displayed in field cost management screen

Utilities

• Evaluation module added to allow for the extract of Evaluation form data supporting the Accreditation module

• Field Cost extract updated to include DIY Sample form cost records.

DIY Report Designer

• New report designs will default the File Name setting to include the Report Title and Report ID placeholders

• GET BillingCosts method in ProjectData API updated to return billing cost data captured on DIY Sample forms.

  • The API now returns field cost records for the following form types.

    • DIY Activity

• QC - Draft Reports - Issue resolved that prevented users from seeing the rejection reason for a report

• Dashboard - Issue resolved that caused occasional timeout errors when reviewing Activity discrepancy counts

• Scheduling - Issue resolved that generated a general “error” message in the Pending Field Actions queues

• Samples - Issue resolved that occasionally generated duplicate sample numbers when separate users saved sample records at the same time

• Administration - More informative message presented to users when deleting tests, samples, activities, etc. when a relationship to a Scheduling Work Order exists (informs the user that this relationship needs to be removed first)
