- After select Project Information from the Field home page, choose Search for Project.
- Look-up a project using Search for Projects or select a project from the Recent Projects list.
Once a project is selected, it is automatically saved and displays on the list that is shown on the first screen within the Project Information area.

- Select a project from the Saved Projects list.
- Current information will be displayed from your source systems when online.
- When accessing from a device that is offline, you will see the data that was cached the last time you accessed the project’s information with an active connection.

Remove a Project
Projects can be manually removed from the “Saved Projects” list in 2 ways:
- To delete items one at a time, select the project from the projects list, then select Remove Project from Local Cacheat the bottomof the screen.
- To delete all Projects from from the projects list, select Clear Local Cache at the bottom of the screen.
Offline Usage
As you add and delete projects while you are online, MetaField will update the information stored in your device's browser cache.

Depending on your device settings, the first time you use Project Information, you may see a message asking to store data on your computer for offline use. If you see this message, select the Allow option. If not, you will not be able to access Project Information while offline. |
Opening the page in Offline mode will contain all the cached Projects.
Remove button will delete the Project from the browser’s storage. After that it will not be available for Offline usage and you need to cache that Project again while Online.
