Purpose

The Upload feature in delivery Delivery allows you to upload reports generated outside of MetaField into MetaField's delivery module.  Only Only PDF files can be uploaded into Delivery.  Uploaded Uploaded reports can be digitally signed in MetaField, however, a signature image is not can't be placed on an uploaded report.e

To upload en external report (PDF) in Delivery, simply click the Upload button and browse to the report you wish to upload.  A dialog box will appear that allows you to browse to the PDF file you wish to upload along with giving you the option to digitally sign the report (without a signature graphic).  When you choose the file you want to upload, you will need to define the Report Label and Description at that time.  All uploaded reports will have a report type of Uploaded assigned to it.

button to initiate a report upload of one or many external reports (PDF files) into Delivery. A default report name and optional report labels can be assigned. You can drag and drop your files directly on the blue box to upload them. You may also browse for your external reports by clicking the Select PDF Files link. The reports will upload and the default report name (Upload Name) and report labels will be assigned, but can be changed if needed. Optionally, a report Description can be supplied in the Description column. Click Save to complete the process. Once complete, all uploaded reports will be available in Delivery for emailing, printing, consolidating, signing, and making public in AgilePort.

System will allow you to upload PDF files smaller than 40Mb. If you are uploading a batch of reports the total size of all the PDFs must be smaller than 40Mb.
