In this area the field user will find all forms setup in administration as safety forms. The functionality of this area is identical to Activity - refer to the  Field - Activity / Safety / Evaluation section of help for more information. Some firms will choose to log safety records against the project the user is working on (in the case of a job site) and some firms will log all safety records against a safety project. Some firms may choose to use a combination of the two depending on whether or not the safety record is relevant to the field or the office.

Several items about this area may be unique to safetySafety:

  1. Users in the office who are not regular Field users can be given access to this area in field to roll out a company wide safety program. Refer to the Admin - Security > Roles section of help for more information. As with the rest of Field, this area is accessible on a desktop computer and does not require a mobile device.
  2. Administrators have the ability to configure a project as confidential and allow users to write data and read their own, but not view the data other people write. This is commonly used for Safety. Refer to the Project Specs - Project Security section of help for more information.
  3. My Assignments can be used in the field module to remind people - both field users and office users - to fill out safety forms. For example, in the screenshot below the user has been dispatched to fill out a PPE Audit every day for the rest of the year. Refer to the Field - My Assignments section of help for more information.
