Purpose
In Administration under AgilePort there is a screen called Settings which allows you to configure your client portal. There are a variety of settings in this area broken out into three tabs: General Settings, Introductory Email Notifications and New Report Notifications.

Regardless of whether you control your alerts globally or allow individual users to configure their own alerts, you need to define the text for the emails. There is a box for the immediate, daily and weekly email text. As with the welcome emails, there are placeholders available if you click the
