Access to AgilePort may be granted through Project Specifications by going to the Distribution section. 

 

From this screen you can view who has been granted access to AgilePort for this project as well as which report types they will be able to see. 

 

Adding a New Recipient

To add someone to the list of people who have access to your AgilePort site, select the Add Recipient button. 

As you start entering an email address the system will look to see if there is already a matching email address set up as either a Project Collaborator or as an AgilePort user.

If you find a matching email address you can select it and the corresponding fields will be prepoulated for you. If the system cannot find a matching email address in either of these areas, you can create a new user by saving your recipient.

 

Prior to saving you will want to turn on the AgilePort Access by switching this control to Yes. You may optionally turn on email alerts if you would also like them to get an email link, but remember they can also get email notifications directly from your AgilePort site so this may not be necessary.

 

Once you have turned on access to AgilePort, a list of available Report Types will be displayed. From here you can select only the appropriate report types that the person should be receiving.
