Making a Report Public
When you a report is ready to be distributed using AgilePort, all you will need to do is choose the report and select the Change Public Status button from the MetaField Delivery screen. The system may take a few moments to refresh the screen, but once it is relaoded you will see a globe icon at the left. This icon signifies that this report is now available to be viewed from AgilePort. If you click on this icon, you will see the date and time that the report was made public.
Hiding a Report that has been made Public
If you need to remove access to a report, simply select the report and choose the Change Public Status button. Since your report was previously made public, it will now be be removed from view on your AgilePort site. The globe icon will be removed since the report is no longer public.
