Release Notes - 2.13

• Global Sieve Sizes added as a value under Data Sources
• New field setting - Include Inactive Records
• New field setting - Default Replace All Placeholders for Text Area Fields
• New field type - Logarithmic Graphing - Can be used to configure a logarithmic graph
• Related Test Value Field - Text Box and Text area fields can now reference and return a pick list field
• Related Test Value Field - Pick list fields can now reference pick list fields on a source as long as the value is in both the source and target forms reference the same data source  

• Calculate Expression added under the properties tab for Table Elements - Allows for Expressions to be written directly in the report designer and to be applied directly on the report to standalone fields
• Logarithmic graph fields can be added to reports
• Text Area Fields - New option "Default Replace All Placeholders" which can be set as true for Field and/or QC, the default is set for false
• Table sort order can be defined (i.e. control the sort order of a discrepancy log, etc.)

General

• Field Instructions now display on the Add / Edit Form screens, and now show at the top of the screen under the project documents section
• View Project Documents - Once a URL or document is clicked on, it will be opened in a new tab

Concrete / Grout / Mortar

• Field instructions - On the edit/add screen Field Instructions has been moved up and now displays under the Project Documents section
• New fields added under the Concrete Beam field test page
  • Beam Fabrication Method
  • Beam Fabrication Method Standard

Density

• New dialogue box when editing a test and a refresh of specifications is triggered, user is asked if they would like to keep the previous specifications or replace them with the default specifications
• Bitumonious Nuclear Gauge - "Validate with ASTM D2950 standards" checkbox added to the Bituminous Nuclear Gauge Test screen

Project Documents

• Once a URL or document is clicked on, it will be opened in a new tab

General

• Field Notes - When hovering over the field note column (In any Data Grid in QC), the text stored in the note will now display instead of just "Field Note"

Density

• New dialogue box when editing a test and a refresh of specifications is triggered, user is asked if they would like to keep the previous specifications or replace them with the default specifications

Sampling

• When a sample is selected in the Samples Data Grid, all related specimens in the Specimen grid are automatically selected
• Received By, Received, Received Date, and Received time fields are now editable directly in Sampling

• Email box message - The tool type when hovering the mouse over the email box now displays "Report Links / Attachments Emailed"
• Filter controls and buttons updated:
  • "Change Public Status" button renamed to "Change Published Status"
  • Filter option renamed from "Highlight Public Reports" to "Highlight Published Reports"
  • Filter option renamed from "Show if Public in AgilePort" to "Show if Published in AgilePort"

• General - Buttons are now better at adjusting to different screen sizes/resolutions; text will wrap and buttons remain fully visible regardless of screen
• Pending Field Actions - New filter option added for Project Name
• Pending Field Actions - Query has been optimized so the number of Pending Field Actions is returned faster
• Technician View - Today button added to the left of the week button
• Technician View - Drag and drop functionality similar to Calendar View now available in Technician view as well
  • Clicking in an available area of the grid opens the New Work Order Form
  • Work orders can be dropped into the "Unassigned" row of the grid to un-assign them

Specifications

• Distribution - Phone number field added to the data grid and to the add receipt form
• Distribution -  When adding a recipient, if the email entered matches a Project Collaborator, the phone number will auto populate if a phone number is already provided for the Project Collaborator 
  • If the phone number does not exist the user will be prompted to enter one
• Distribution - When entering a name into the requested by field, the phone number is auto populated if the data exists for that contact
  • If the phone number does not exist, the user has an option to enter one

Concrete / Grout / Mortar Work Queues

• New fields added to the Concrete Beam data grid

• Location of Failure field moved to the left of LOF Distance 1 field
• LOF Distance 1, 2, and 3 fields can only be entered if Location of Failure field is a value other than "Middle" or blank
  • If data is entered into LOF Distance 1, 2, and 3 fields, and the Location of Failure field is changed to a value of Middle or Blank, a prompt will appear on the screen warning the user that the data will be cleared if this value is selected

Other Material Work Queues

• Test Set Number added to the Data Grid, which allows tests to be grouped together/separately 
• Preview Report button added to the Data Grid for the To Review and Done queues

Lab Documents

• Concrete Beams - Concrete Modulus of Rupture Report: Testing Method, Forming, and Defects have been added to the report below the Average Test Age Strengths field
• Bituminous Density - Nuclear Gauge (BNG) - Column  header of Max Wet Density (pcf) has been updated to Max Density (pcf)

• New columns added to data extract
  • New columns added for Concrete Samples:

• Admin - Issue resolved that caused an error to be thrown when selecting Variants inside Material Specifications
• Field - Issue resolved where generating a report when there are no Report Labels in 'Admin/Report Labels' and no Report Labels in 'Project Admin/Report Labels' causes an error
• LIMS - 'Post to Forney' button has been added to the Cast Cylinder data grid
• General - Issue resolved that caused multi select filter fields to grow in size and not invoke a scroll bar
• QC/Delivery - Issue resolved where doing a batch specimen report in QC caused both records to have the same description when viewing the report in Delivery
• QC/LIMS - Issue resolved that prevented assigning Test Forms associated with multiple materials
• QC - Issue resolved where fields that utilize a text library are unavailable when editing an activity record
• QC - Issue resolved which removed inactive Technicians and prevented inactive Technicians from being assignable when performing a batch edit

• Form Designer - Issue corrected where "Strain At Failure" would display at the last record Axial value rather than at the peak of the curve
• LIMS - Issue resolved where posting cylinders to Forney caused timeouts which prevented the information from being transmitted

• Reports - Issue resolved where Specification fields would be present when viewing data but would not be on the generated reports
