AgilePort Users
In Administration under AgilePort there is a screen called AgilePort Users. On this screen you can see all AgilePort users that have been configured in the system. These users are different from MetaField users, which is why they are on a separate screen.
Common Tasks
Common tasks you might do on this screen:
Task | Example |
---|---|
| |
Resend the invitation email to a user who did not receive itWhen editing a user who hasn't set up a password yet, select the "Resend Invitation" button. | |
Manually add an AgilePort userYou can click the "Add AgilePort User" button to add users. Most of the time these users will be created implicitly when recipients are added to Distribution Lists in Project Specifications. When this happens, there is no need to add them here before you add them to a distribution list. Adding a user to a distribution list automatically creates an AgilePort user. You might want to add them using this screen if you want them ready to go but without access to a particular project. For more information on adding users to distribution lists, see MetaField Help. |
Subscriptions
The subscriptions tab allow you to see your subscriptions for a given month. This is similar to the subscriptions tab for MetaField, but is specific to AgilePort users. These counts will correspond to the counts you will see on your invoice for AgilePort users.
View Project Access by User
To view all of the projects and associated reports to which an AgilePort user used to or currently has access, select the history icon located at the far right of the Subscription screen.
Any report/project not marked as deactivated are the current in-use permissions.
You can also create a billing extract from this data to open in a program like MS Excel. To do this select the Create Billing Export button.
