Evaluation - Forms

Purpose

This Evaluation Forms module allows for the development and administration of Evaluation Forms that support the Accreditation system. Please refer to the Activity - Forms page for an overview of the purpose and functionality of these settings that are specific to Evaluation form records. The Form Designer is also important to the construction of Evaluation forms and shared across all DIY form modules.
