General - Generic Users

Purpose

Generic Users are used to identify the individuals or entities involved in the process who are not named users of the system. Generic Users populate lists within MetaField that contain named user names. You can narrow down the lists which general users will populate in by selecting whether they are a Field Tech, Lab Tech, or neither.

Generic Users

To Add a new User, select Add New User, provide a name, and select Save.
