Purpose

The Settings area is where your determined range for Minimum and Maximum Specified Compaction % is defined.  You also have the option to globally display and require a Maximum Specified Compaction.  These values are used in the test calculation to determine if compaction passes.

These global settings can be overridden by Project Specifications or by Field users as necessary.

Specifications entered in the Project Specifications area of MetaField trump global specifications entered in the Administration screens.
