Purpose
Subscriptions allows Administrators to see which users have roles assigned to them for a given subscription month. Subscription Packages are sub-groupings of users that have access to various areas of MetaField. Subscription counts will be tabulated for each Subscription Package for the selected month / year. Changes to the month / year will cause the subscription grid to refresh.
- Clicking on a subscription package name will filter the user grid to just those users belonging to that subscription.
- If a user is added to more than one role, they will not count for additional subscriptions. One user = one subscription per month, no matter the number of roles.
- It is recommended that you review the list monthly and remove users that no longer require access to MetaField. Roles must be completely removed from the user prior to the first of each month to not incur a subscription cost.
- Agile Frameworks support users do NOT count in your subscription package counts
Create Subscription Billing Export
The Create Billing Export button on the Subscriptions sub tab, allows Administrators to download a spreadsheet containing Subscription information for the selected subscription period. This creates a .CSV data file.
