In this section of Administration you can configure your Activity Forms and Fields, Activity Reports, Text Libraries and the various Activity-related Filters throughout the system. 

Activity was designed to be highly customization, so you can build your Forms for your specific business needs. Forms are used to create Activity records in the Field or Quality Control. 

Two template forms (Special Inspection Template and Activity Log Template) are available for you to copy and use. These template forms are based on the functionality currently found in Inspections &Observation and Activity Log.You can use these templates as a basis for new forms, or you can design new forms on your own. In addition to creating your own forms, the system will allow you to customize various search filters and table columns to make finding the right form quick and easy. You can also design your own reports by choosing which fields to display, deciding if you want your report landscape or portrait, and setting different parameters for if your report is sent from Field or Quality Control.
