About
A number of MetaField objects (soil tests, concrete pours, etc.) contain a general location. Those locations are sourced from this list of Locations in the Administration module. Using pre-defined locations allows for faster data entry on a mobile device and predictable metadata for analytic purposes.
Managing Locations
- Click the Add Location button
- Supply the location name
- Define which context the location applies to by placing a check mark next to to the appropriate context(s)
The Various location is an entry that can't be modified. It is used for Simple Special Inspection and Simple Observation activity types in the Inspections & Observations module.
