Purpose

The Global Documents module allows you to store documents that you wish to expose in the Field module for all projects. These documents may consist of testing procedures, sampling procedures, etc.

Project-specific documents are also an option, but managed in the Project Administration module.

Document Groups

All documents are organized in groups (i.e. folders). To add a Document Group, click the Add Document Group button and provide a group name. Document groups can be edited or deleted using the buttons on the right side of the grid.

Documents

All documents uploaded are added to an existing group. Select the group you want the document added to and click the Add Document button to upload a document. You will provide a description for the document when you upload it. Documents can be edited or deleted using the buttons on the right side of the grid.

You can preview and / or download a document file using the Preview and Download buttons in the grid for each document.
