General

  • Due to Microsoft ceasing to support Internet Explorer, the use of MetaField with Internet Explorer will no longer be supported or allowed.

Field

  • Introduced a numeric keypad for number fields for easier numeric data input on a mobile device

  • Converted CGM field specification and measurement fields based on enumeration lists in Administration to data entry fields (no longer pick values from a pick list) to expedite field data entry

Quality Control

  • Option added that allows grids to be filtered and unique columns rendered when selecting a form name, allowing customers the option to tailor the display of columns for each DIY form and optimize the user experience

  • DIY Test Reports - Added the ability to include all specimens from the same sample and test type on a given report to accommodate situations where labs may be performing the same test on multiple specimens across time

LIMS

  • Option added that allows grids to be filtered and unique columns rendered when selecting a form name, allowing customers the option to tailor the display of columns for each test form and optimize the user experience (DIY forms only)

  • Batch data input now supported for DIY Test forms in the lab, allowing lab users the option of entering test results in bulk, across projects, for a given lab test

  • Capability to quickly look up related test values for a given sample now available by selecting a dedicated button at the top of the test result entry screen

  • Ability to configure a DIY sample form to automatically assign tests and bypass the test assignment process, removing the manual process of test assignment in cases where the test that needs to be run on the sample can be assumed.

  • DIY Test Reports - Added the ability to include all specimens (from the same sample and test type) on a report automatically, even in cases where the test dates may vary

Administration

  • Material Specifications - Added the ability to associate material specifications to Test forms outside of Form Designer

  • Removed CGM enumeration lists related to field tests as these values will no longer need to be defined in this format

  • Added support for additional time zones

  • YYYY-MM-DD date format now supported at the global, project and user levels

  • Mix Designs - Added metric-based mix design strength metadata

Project Administration

  • Ability to define metric-based CGM project specifications introduced (integration with Field components planned for future release)

Form Designer

  • Added form setting for configuration of columns to display in QC and LIMS when a form is filtered on

  • Added Test form setting for configuration of columns (fields) that can be entered in batch entry mode

  • Added Sample form setting to bypass test assignment step in LIMS queue workflow (fully functional in future release)

  • Added field validation option to ensure numeric data is for a defined multiple (.25, .50, .75, etc.)

  • Add the ability to enter draft Supplier / Plant / Mix Design values

  • Added multiple CGM-related data sources: field test standards, fracture types, remarks, capping method, initial / final curing methods, initial moisture environment

  • Initial development work competed to lay the foundation for improved integration with project specifications, options for various units of measure, and default remark logic. Work will continue with upcoming development cycles, so be sure to check future release notes as these advanced capabilities are fully incorporated

Report Designer

  • Added a Multi Record Grid table control to report results from multiple (like) test records belonging to the same sample on one report

  • Added a Footnote element to summarize data / disclose code descriptions on a report
