  • Office section has been added to store the offices an organization has.
  • User metadata now uses the master list of Departments and Offices defined in the Administration module (no longer free-form entry).
  • User can now be defined as an AgilePort Only user (office would not be required for these types of users)
  • For deleted records in the various Admin grids, the Delete icon (X) will no longer appear on the right side of the grid.
  • LabAccessSampleManagement permission added. This permission (having it) allows a user to edit Field data from within the concrete lab queues. Without this permission, users will be able to have read-only access to field data from the concrete lab queues.
  • RecordsAdministration permission added. This permission allows a user to have access to the Records Administration tab in Admin without having access to the other Administration tabs.
  • A new WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) tab was added. This tab allows you to map a WBS level to a business-friendly name for that WBS level.
  • User grid enhanced to display more columns (data) about a user. These columns can be sorted and additionally exported to analyze your MetaField user data.

  • The Supplier will no longer appear in the Plant and Mix Design grids below the Supplier grid.
  • Sets can be reunumbered in the Sample Management tab. If, for example, sets 1 and 2 were saved without supplying a starting set number (by mistake), but were supposed to be sets 37 and 38 instead. The Sample Management utility can be used to renumber set 1 to be set 37. Subsequently, set 2 will be renumbered to be set 38.
