AgilePort Users
In Administration under AgilePort there is a screen called AgilePort Users. On this screen you can see all AgilePort users that have been configured in the system. These users are different from MetaField users, which is why they are on a separate screen.
Common tasks you might do on this screen:
- Look for Lookup a user to view/edit their basic information: the pencil icon allows you to edit the first and last name and email.
- Resend the invitation email to a user who did not receive it: when editing the user, there is a "Resend Invitation" button.
- Manually add an AgilePort user: You can click the "Add AgilePort User" button to add users. Most of the time you will add these users implicitly when you set up distribution lists. There is no need to add them here before you add them to a distribution list. Adding a user to a distribution list automatically creates an AgilePort user. You might want to add them using this screen if you want them ready to go but without access.
Subscriptions
The subscriptions tab allow you to see your subscriptions for a given month. This is similar to the subscriptions tab for MetaField, but is specific to AgilePort users. These counts will correspond to the counts you will see on your invoice for AgilePort users.
You can also create a billing extract from this data to open in a program like MS Excel.
