AgilePort Users
In Administration under AgilePort there is a screen called AgilePort Users. On this screen you can see all AgilePort users that have been configured in the system. These users are different from MetaField users, which is why they are on a separate screen.

| The pencil icon allows you to edit the first and last name and email. |
Resend the invitation email to a user who did not receive it.

You can click the "Add AgilePort User" button to add users. |

Most of the time these users will be created implicitly when recipients are added to Distribution Lists in Project Specifications. When this happens, there is no need to add them here before you add them to a distribution list. Adding a user to a distribution list automatically creates an AgilePort user. You might want to add them using this screen if you want them ready to go but without access to a particular project. For more information on adding users to distribution lists, see MetaField Help. |
