The Dashboard module is used to give Project Managers important oversight on the activity on their projects through a series of informational and work queues.

The Dashboard screen will display a list of queue sections that are listed on the left of the screen. These queues can vary depending on each person's permissions. Selecting the three-line menu control at the top left of the screen will hide the left navigation panel.Image Removed

After you select selecting a queue section, you will either see subsections with specific queues across the screen or just specific queues across the screen. Subsections will appear grayed out if they do not contain any information. The number displayed to the right of each subqueue represents the count of items that meet the business rules of that queue. Filters exist on the top that allow for the data to be filtered by any combination of Project Manager, Office and Project Number.

Once you have saved your filter options, you can access a saved filter by clicking on the filter dropdownpicklist.

By default, all users will have a filter choice for My Projects. When this option is selected, the user will receive a list of projects where they are the project manager.

Filters are saved to your local browser cookies. So if you clear your cookies or move to a different browser / device your saved filters will no longer be available to you.
