Generic Userscan be defined to identify the individuals or entities involved in the testing process who are not named employeesusers of the system. Generic Userspopulate lists within MetaFieldä MetaField that contain employee names. They exist in addition to the standard list gathered from your active directory, providing extra choices for MetaField™ users when a required Technician or Project Manager dropdown list does not include the name of the individual who should be selectednamed user names.
