| Is Cut | - If the specimen is cut during testing check this box

| Tested Date | - Record the date the specimen was tested
- Defaults to the current date

| Tested By | - Enter the name of the person who performed the test
- Defaults to the current logged in user

| Untested | - If a specimen is not tested (hold cylinders for example) select this box
- When checked, you will not be required to complete many of the other fields on this screen

| Notes | - Optional area where a Lab user can record notes pertaining to the specimen
- Once the specimen is set to Analyzed in Lab, these notes will display in Quality Control for project managers to see
