Purpose
You define your laboratory testing locations in Labs. This list will populate Field Check-in and Lab screens. At least one lab must be defined in MetaField.
| Field | Description |

| Name | - Enter the name of the laboratory
- This is a required field
|
| Address, City, State, Zip | - Enter the location of this laboratory
- These fields are optional
|
| Include in Reports | - If Yes is selected, the name and complete address enter for the lab will display on specimen reports
- If No is selected, the name and complete address will not display on specimen reports
