Correction Factor | - If the specimen's length to diameter ratio is 1.75 or less you may enter a correction factor that is applied to the test results

Compressive Strength (psi) | - System calculated value of Compressive Strength

Capping Method | - Record what type of capping method was used during testing

Fracture Type | - Enter the type of fracture observed during testing

Remark Code | - Enter the Remark Code that applies to the specimen tested
- List of Remark Codes is controlled by your MetaFeld Business Administrator

Is Cut | - If the specimen is cut during testing check this box

Tested Date | - Record the date the specimen was tested
- Defaults to the current date

Tested By | - Enter the name of the person who performed the test
- Defaults to the current logged in user
|
Untested | - If a specimen is not tested (hold cylinders for example) select this box
- When checked, you will not be required to complete many of the other fields on this screen

Notes | - Optional area where a Lab user can record notes pertaining to the specimen
- Once the specimen is set to Analyzed in Lab, these notes will display in Quality Control for project managers to see
