The General Tab: Generic Users
Generic Users can be defined to identify the individuals involved in the testing process who are not named employees. Generic Users populate lists within MetaFieldä that contain employee names. They exist in addition to the standard list gathered from your active directory, providing extra choices for MetaField™ users when a required Technician or Project Manager dropdown list does not include the name of the individual who should be selected.
