If a user is added to more than one role, they will not count for additional subscriptions. One user = one subscription per month, no matter the number of roles.

Tip
  • Clicking on a subscription package name will filter the user grid to just those users belonging to that subscription.

  • It is recommended that you review the list monthly and remove users that no longer require access to MetaField. Roles must be completely removed from the user to not incur a subscription cost.

Agile Frameworks has a way to exclude certain users from the subscription count so firms are not billed for activities on these users. A good example of this would be a support user that remotely logs into your system to do some diagnosis.
