The Dashboard screen will display a list of queue sections that are listed on the left of the screen. These queses queues can vary depending on each person's permissions. Selecting the menu control at the top left of the screen will hide the left navigation panel.
After you select a queue section, you will either see subsections with specific queues across the screen or just specific queues across the screen. Subsections will appear grayed out if they do not contain any information. The number displayed to the right of each subqueue represents the count of items that meet the business rules of that queue. Filters exist on the top that allow for the data to be filtered by any combination of Project Manager, Office and Project Number.
