Purpose

The Reports tab is used to enable the capture of custom field signatures (finger signing) on field reports.

Simply click the Enable box for the applicable reports. This feature can be turned off for all reports by deselecting the Allow Custom Field Signature Capture on Field Reports check box above the grid.

Report Settings

The Report Settings grid allows you to define a project-specific digital signature configuration for a given report. It also allows you to enable the Field Signature functionality (somebody can "sign off" on the report using their finger on a touch screen device) on a Field report.

Report Labels

Used to define project-specific labels that can be assigned to the reports you create. Project-specific labels are often used to "tag" reports with specific areas of the overall project, various lot numbers the report pertains to, etc. These labels are made available to you in addition to the global labels when creating a report for the project they are defined on.
