Activity is an extremely flexible module that allows virtually any kind of data to be gathered and reported. All of the customization is done in the Administration module where an Administrator must create a form. A form defines the set of data to be collected and reported, and various options about how the process will work. Once the form is created in Administration, activity records can be created and flow through the process described below.

Field

An activity record can be created in the Field module. If the Administrator has configured the form to include potential discrepancy data, this will also be created as a part of the activity record. In the Field module a user may also create a field activity report containing one or many activity records. At this time a discrepancy log can be appended to the field report if discrepancy data has been collected against the project.
