Finalize Report
  • Generates a final report of the selected tests and sends it to the Delivery module
Upload Attachment
  • Uploads supporting documents related to the test record (i.e. detailed lab report, etc.)

If you are using FireFox there is a known issue preventing the uploading of files. You will need to use a different browser, such as Chrome or Internet Explorer, to perform this function.


Editing Records

Records can be edited by clicking the pencil icon in the Sample, Specimen or Test grid. All icons open the same screen that will have all of the sample, specimen and test data for a given sample. The data is displayed in a hierarchy as shown in the screen shot below. If your test is based on a configured test form, the fields that are part of that test will be displayed according to how you have it configured.

Clicking the Edit icon in the Sample grid will open the sample / specimen form. Clicking this icon in the Test grid will open the test form.

The Pick Up and Check In data related to specimens can be be modified using the arrow and check mark icons in the Specimen Specimens grid.

Specimen Status

StatusDescription
Testable
  • Specimen test is waiting for the test date
  • Multi-day tests with a Next Test Action Date that are not complete yet (no Test Completed Date)
Lab Review
  • Specimen test has been tested and is waiting for lab review of the data
Analyzed
  • Specimen test has been approved in the lab and returned to the project manager for review
Complete
  • Project manager has reviewed the specimen test results (and optionally test cost) and approved them (marked test record as "Complete"
Review
  • Project manager has flagged the specimen test record to be reviewed in more detail

Creating Reports

To create test reports, use the buttons above the Tests grid. If your test results are based on an uploaded PDF test report, the uploaded PDF file will become your test report. If your test results are based on a configured test form, the report design for that configured test will be used for your test report.
