When Activity Safety records are deleted in Quality Control, this is a soft delete. On this admin tab, soft-deleted Activities will Safety records will appear with the delete icon next to them. Select the delete icon to permanently delete the Activity Safety record.

Safety Record
If a Quality Control user inadvertently deleted an Activity a Safety Record, it can be reinstated by selecting the Activate control. This will return the record to Quality Control.
Move

An Activity A Safety Record can be moved from one project to another project. To perform a move, select the Activities safety records you with wish to move and then choose the Move button. Enter the project number for the project to which you would like your Activities safety records moved.

If an Activity Record a safety record was included on a Report, an icon will populate in the column to the right of Technician. Selecting this icon will open a popup with information related to the Report.

If an Activity a Safety Record has another record associated with it, an arrow icon will populate in the far right column. Selecting this icon will open a popup with information related to the related Activity Safety record.
