Purpose
Documents can be uploaded that are valuable for field technicians to have access to in the field. Any PDF or , image files, or URL's uploaded on the Documents tab will be accessible by field technicians when using MetaField's Field module. Any file type can viewed from the Project Specifications - Documents grid.

- Click the Add Documents button above the documents grid
- Click the Upload button to select a file to upload
- Provide a brief description of the file
- Click Save
...
- Type in the desired description
- Select the Field Areas you would like the document to accessible from
- Select the Resource type (File or URL)
- Click Save to add the document
