Purpose

You define your laboratory testing locations in Labs.  This list will populate Field Check-in and Lab screens.  At least one lab must be defined in MetaField.This is a repository of your physical testing labs. These may or may not be in the same location as your office locations. Specimens are ultimately checked into and tested at these lab locations.

    • Indicates if the lab uses a label printer to print specimen labels
    • If Yes, then the user is asked if they want to print a label as part of the specimen receiving process in the LIMS queues
