Purpose
The Specimen Settings tab section is used to store information about default test age age, field cure and hold values for each sample type / specimen size.

- Defaults can be changed / overridden in the Field module.
- Settings can be defined for a specific project in Project CGM Specifications. Project Specification settings trump Admin settings.
